The Employment Rights Bill that is now making its way through the UK Parliament.
The Bill is a huge first step in delivering the New Deal for Working People, and GMB are now involved with consultations and the Parliamentary process to ensure we’re doing the work to get the details of the legislation right.

We are already seeing challenges from business groups and individual employers to the contents of the bill, and a strong counter to this is the voice of workers. For us, this means bringing to life the experiences and personal stories of GMB members about the real world of work.
We want to start capturing these with an initial survey of you, our reps and activists.
