As a general union, GMB membership is open to all workers in both the public and private sectors, working full or part time and apprentices and working students.

GMB Union membership fees are:

  • Grade 1 is for Full time = £14.57 per month
  • Grade 2 is for Part time = £8.40 per month
  • ​Apprentices = £3 per month
  • Non working Students = £1 per month
