Alan Irwin handing over medical supplies to the the Director of Health at the hospital we visited in Havana. Our branch secretary: Alan Irwin recently visited Cuba and as part of that cultural visit he cycled over 400 kilometres down the West Coast towards Havana, raising much needed funds for a blind school and a local hospital.
Alan will be reporting back to the branch on that visit, as promised and talk about the impact the USA embargo is having on the economy and the people.
