Matters Arising
No matters arising – covered in subsequent Officers reports.
Correspondence
Secretary read out correspondence received since our last meeting. Mostly from affiliations and minutes received from region and Head Office. Congress delegates agreed 2022.
Colin Gunter, CEC Boundary Proposals
Colin gave a comprehensive report to the branch on the proposed changes from the CEC and the importance of these changes to the union. He took questions from members and agreed to report back developments as things unfold in the coming months.
Secretary Report
Minutes of the extraordinary meeting have been done. Will go for approval at the next full meeting.
Labour Party fund raising event 19th March – still places available – no takers!
All audits have been complete and signed off.
Most of the attention has been concentrated on the ‘boundary changes.

8) Presidents Report
The chair referred to recent industrial action by ASDA in many areas. Mostly in relation to the company trying to impose a pay freeze. ASDA conference in March.
Digital Communications Officers Report
Website activity for last 30 days: we had 168 (+64) website visits (sessions) by 108 (+21) people (users) and they viewed 593 (+276) pages.

Possible informal meeting in March if we hear back from Colin on boundary and union changes.
Request that informal meetings be conducted on a Thursday, rather than a Wednesday – agreed.
