- CEC member. Letter to be sent to the GS expressing the branch’s concerns.
- All our Workplace Reps have been contacted to attend meetings.

- Website activity (GA4) for last 30 days: we had 184 (+31) website visits (sessions) by 152 (+33) people (users)
- News Items Added to Website
- WhatsApp Group has 38 (+1) members
- The March email newsletter was sent out on Saturday 23rd March to 1,616 members (March members list) and has been opened by 729 members, a 45.3% opening rate.Resent to 888 non-opens on 28th March with a further 94 members opening the email.

Secretary reported being very busy with cases, both physical and Teams. Cases coming directly to the Secretary rather than Region which needs further monitoring.
Workplace Report
Neil reported on workplace activity, which included:
- Ballot for industrial action – update.
- Wisbech strike update.
- Health and Safety issues…
- Aggression towards staff from customers – update. Posters to go up in stores.
- Issues on payments.
- Another recruitment day planned – further updates…
- Suggestion to have a physical branch meeting sometime in the future.
Ross, requesting and update on his position as Workplace Rep it Beanfield Community Centre. Secretary to look into the situation.
